- Brandon WippPersonal Trainer
Brandon is a graduate of Human Kinetics at UBC-O. He is a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer and has completed his 200-hour Maya Yoga certification. Growing up in Kelowna has allowed him to participate in many sports, from football to water sports, in which he excelled.
Brandon’s passion lies in the sport of Triathlon. The high standard at which he holds himself is passed along to all his clients. Having a wide range of knowledge in coaching triathlon specific swimming, Prime Power Cycling classes, and Run Speed Training, Brandon has helped his athletes and clients succeed in the world of triathlon. His yoga classes offer a functional, sport-specific stretching that has helped these clients and others stay injury free and performing their best.
His knowledge does not stop there: Brandon’s athletes and clients include national-level figure skaters, successful weight loss stories, and high school basketball players, all who have been able to reach their next level.
- Nate RadfordPersonal Trainer
Nate is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT) and has earned his diploma in Human Kinetics from Okanagan College. He is also currently completing his Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate.
Nate grew up in Golden, B.C. before moving to Kelowna in 2008. He has always had a passion for Basketball and excelled at it throughout his life, and now continues to be involved in the sport coaching at the High School level.
He has worked with athletes of different types such as hockey players, swimmers, mountain bikers, and basketball players. He has also had a lot of success with clients looking to lose some unwanted fat, as well as gain muscle and strength.
Nate takes a lot of pride in his training and would love to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
- Peggy KramerYoga & Fitness Instructor
Peggy specializes in functional strength training to improve posture, core stability, balance and athletic performance. Peggy holds a degree in Physical & Health Education, is a BCRPA registered Yoga and Fitness Leader, is a certified Personal Trainer. Peggy’s philosophy is to be “FIT FOR LIFE” and she inspires her clients to do the same!
- Dawn BalicSpin, boot camp & yoga instructor
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with Honors). Using her nursing career as a foundation, Dawn has been a group & personal fitness trainer since 1997, specializing in weight training, spin, boot camp & yoga. She has presented to fitness leaders at conferences across Western Canada. Dawn is also a Nationally Accredited Educator with Canadian Fitness Services (CFES) and teaches fitness related courses at Okanagan College.
