SESSION BOOKING

Please read the following carefully before booking your preferred date and time.

Mission Fitness will be limited to 25 people in the gym (20 spaces reserved for booking and 5 flex spots for personal training) and 20 people on the track at a time. All attendees of the facility will be required to book a time from the time slots below for either the gym or track.

Time slots available for booking:

MONDAY – FRIDAY
6:00am – 7:45am | 8:00am – 9:45am  | 10:00am – 11:45am | 12:00pm – 1:45pm | 2:00pm – 3:45pm | 4:00pm – 5:45pm | 6:00pm – 7:45pm | 8:00pm – 9:45pm

SATURDAY – SUNDAY
6:00am – 7:45am | 8:00am – 9:45am  | 10:00am – 11:45am | 12:00pm – 1:45pm | 2:00pm – 3:45pm | 4:00pm – 5:45pm

There will be a 15 minute change over period to ensure all patrons vacate the building accordingly. During this time, the gym will not be available for patrons to work out. This 15 minute period will also serve as a time for our staff to disinfect the area and process payments for all the next clientele entering the facility.

Booking requests further than 1 week from the current date is not permitted at this time. There will be a $5.00 penalty for not showing up to a scheduled exercise session. Mission Fitness will not be accepting drop-ins. All patrons will be required to book for an exercise time slot.

The Province of British Columbia has announced starting on September 13th, individuals aged 12 and older will be required to have at least one (1) dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine to access certain businesses, events, and recreational/social settings. By October 24th, those individuals will then be required to have a second dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine.  

To give everyone time to get their BC Vaccine Card, up to and including September 26, you can show other forms of proof of vaccination:  

  • Wallet-sized immunization record card (given out at vaccine clinics)  
  • Printed immunization record from Health Gateway 
  • Immunization record from your pharmacy (AstraZeneca/SII COVISHIELD) 
  • National Defence Canada COVID-19 vaccine record or card 
  • Provincial Immunization Registry record (used by Interior Health and others) 
  • ImmunizeBC record (used by First Nations Health Authority and others) 

September 27th onwards, a digital version or a paper copy of the BC Vaccine Card and 1 piece of photo ID will be required. BC Vaccine cards can be obtained here: https://www.healthgateway.gov.bc.ca/vaccinecard

Mission Fitness will require proof of vaccination and photo ID every time patrons wish to utilize the facility. For people who wish to have a record of their vaccination status recorded in our system, they must come by the facility and sign a waiver of informed consent. By signing this waiver, this will allow members to access the facility without having to show the vaccination passport and ID each time.
